Benefits of Group Fitness

  1. Practicing Pilates in a group environment is motivational and inspiring.

  2. Instructors can help improve proper form and prevent injury compared to working out alone at a gym or at home.

  3. Being a part of a like-minded community offers greater support and guidance from people on the same fitness journey as you.

  4. Add variety to your workout routine - though each Group Mat Class adheres to Classical Pilates principles, no two classes are ever the same, keeping you interested and engaged in every class.

  5. Working out alongside other members of your community provides greater accountability. In addition, you can hold yourself accountable by booking group mat classes in advance, which will help you stick to a set fitness routine.

"Contrology is designed to give you suppleness, natural grace, and skill that will be unmistakably reflected in the way you walk, in the way you play, and in the way you work."
